Born and raised in Los Angeles, Nima Javaherian’s commitment to legal excellence began at Harvard Law School, from where he graduated in 2009. His litigation skills were further honed at Bingham McCutchen LLP (now Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP) and Buckley LLP (which merged into Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP). Following Nima’s experience advising private equity firms in mergers and acquisitions (during which he was recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star consecutively from 2019 to 2023), his true passion emerged – employment law.
